All property offered and sold through Dianya Antique and Arts Investment Co. shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions set forth below. By bidding at the auction, the buyer consents to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PROPERTIES ARE SOLD AS IS. THERE ARE NO RETURNS AND NO EXCEPTIONS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MALFUNCTIONS OR ERRORS.

- Each buyer must be registered with LiveAuctioneers before bidding. The buyer of the lot is sold to the highest bidder.

- We reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder.

- We reserve the right to withdraw any property at any time before the actual sale.

- All purchases will be subject to a California State Sales Tax of 8.75%.

- BUYERS PLEASE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND INTEREST, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS. Though all description and commentary are believed to be correct, the online seller does not make any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to merchandise. Buyer shall not rely on the catalog description, or advertisements in any part, and must rely only on his/her own inspection and opinions of all items. Please feel free to ask us any questions, we will provide photos if necessary.

- We do not charge a buyer's premium.

- NO GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY FOR JADE OR JADEITE: Dianya Antique and Arts Investment Co. Services does not guarantee the authenticity of the color or age of any jade or jadeite. All jade and jadeite will be sold as is, without any warranties. All jade and jadeite are untested for treatments. All sales are final in jade or jadeite purchases, no returns will be accepted. Judgment of such qualities is at the sole discretion of the buyer.

- NO GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY FOR CHINESE PAINTINGS,PORCELAIN, BRONZE WARE, STAMPS, JEWELRY, ALL HAND BAGS, COINS, AND PAPER CURRENCY.

- Any items with additional objects (wooden stands and caps) are not covered. They are only included with the lot if mentioned in the description. If it is not included in the description that it will be included with the lot then it will not be given.

- Regarding Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Chanel bags, these items were legally obtained by purchases from American auction houses. We are not responsible for any misunderstandings. Please buy at your own caution and interest. We can provide further information if needed.

- You have a 10 day period to make a payment. If a payment is not made in time, we have the right to void a transaction.


- Wire transfer:

For DOMESTIC WIRE TRANSFERS: Please add a $20 wire transfer fee to your total amount due when sending a wire transfer

For INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFERS: Please add a $45 wire transfer fee to your total amount due when sending a wire transfer


- Money order:

For MONEY ORDER: Please add a $20 money order fee to your total amount due when sending a money order.


- Credit cards:

For DOMESTIC credit cards: Please add 6% to your total amount due when using a domestic credit card. Domestic credit cards include Visa/Master cards. Cards like American Express and Discover require a 6 % credit card fee.

For INTERNATIONAL credit cards: Please add 6% to your total amount due when using an international credit card.


- SHIPPING: Buyer pays shipping costs. Once a item is auctioned, the buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance. We suggest purchasing insurance for the full value of your item. We can help ship your item, but you may choose other shipping carriers. With your authorization, we can ship your item. Once the item is with the shipping company, we are not liable for damages, loss or theft. We can only help you file a claims form and guide you though the claims process. We are not responsible otherwise. We cannot refund or pay you in any form possible. Any form of compensation is provided by insurance, not by our company.
