Notice: -Credit cards will not be accepted for international invoices (except through We Pay or Paypal).

-All invoices over $3000 must be paid by wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, or bank draft.


Payment:: a) Payment is due within 7 days of sale by Cash, Check, Paypal, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check or Money Order. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for invoices left unpaid for 4 days after the auction.

b) Invoices left unpaid for 10 days, without prior payment arrangements, will be forfeited and accounts of which will be placed in dispute.

c) Florida Tax of 7% will be added to the invoice total of hammer price + buyer's premium.

d) Dealers must submit valid Florida Tax Certificates when registering to bid, in order to be tax exempt. Please note: Florida has no arrangement with any other jurisdiction and we cannot honor a Sales Tax number from any other state.

e) We reserve the right to hold items for payment clearance up to 10 days after payment is received.

Shipping Terms:: a) We will do our best to offer in-house shipping for small, unbreakable items- at our sole discretion. Items eligible for in-house shipping will have the shipping cost in the listing (plus necessary insurance, if the value is more than the included $50 insurance).

b) Buyers of items listed as "THIRD PARTY SHIPPER REQUIRED" must complete and submit a shipping release form, listing your selected shipper/courier/agent, within 7 days after auction. We are happy to recommend local shippers that we work with frequently.

c) We are not responsible or liable for items once turned over to the shipping company/agent/courier.


Buyers premium:: a) A buyer's premium of 23% will be applied to the hammer price.

Florida Sales Tax:: c) Florida Tax of 7% will be added to the invoice total of hammer price + buyer's premium.

Condition Report:: a) Absence of condition statement in description does not imply that the item is in perfect condition.

b) By bidding you agree that you have inspected the piece in person, or had an agent inspect the piece to your satisfaction.

d) We are happy to provide condition reports as a courtesy but cannot be held liable for the information within.
