All items offered and sold through Treasureseeker Auctions LLC are sold as is without guarantees. Mechanical items, clocks, watches, etc, functionality not guaranteed after leaving the premises.Treasureseeker strives to describe all items to the best of our knowledge however we are not liable for for errors or omissions, authenticity, signatures, origin, materials, quality or rarity or other discrepancies. It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine to their satisfaction the nature and condition of all items prior to bidding. Preview hours available prior to auction and condition reports offered up to 24 hours prior to auction by request as a courtesy but do not constitute warranty or guarantees. The absence of condition reports does not imply that an item is free of defects or problems. By registering to bid in this auction you agree to terms set forth.

PAYMENT
Payment is due within 3 days of auction end. Bidder cards may be charged 4 days after an invoice has been sent. Payments are to be made through Invaluable Payments System. If necessary contact us for wire transfer details, cash and checks accepted for qualified buyers-please contact us for details, all payments must clear prior to shipping or pickup. *We do not accept Paypal.

Bidder is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs. Treasureseeker is not responsible for any damage incurred by shippers or delivery agents.

Items must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of auction. On the 11th day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to charge storage fee of $25 per item per day. On the 31st day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to resell the item, under bidder's name, at 35% commission, no minimums, no reserves.

California State Residents
9.50% California sales tax will be charged to buyers residing within the state unless we are provided valid resale tax documentation.
