No statement regarding age, condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally at the auction or at any other time, or in writing in this catalogue or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an express or implied warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. An opinion of condition should not be treated as a statement of fact. Gaspar Gallery & Auctioneers bears no responsibility for any error or omission. Accordingly, all lots should be viewed personally by prospective buyers to evaluate the condition of the articles offered for sale. By bidding, you signify that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you. Live internet bidding is available during the auction. Gaspar Gallery & Auctioneers cannot be held liable for live internet bids that are not sent, received, or executed by the administrator. If you are bidding live on-line, please bid quickly because there is a time delay in receiving these live bids. 5. All sales are subject to Gaspar Gallery & Auctioneers’ Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Purchaser agrees to pay, in addition to the purchase price of the item(s), buyers premiums and all government taxes that are announced or posted by the Auctioneers for this particular auction sale. A 25% buyer's premium is added to the hammer price of each lot. 6. All merchandise purchased must be paid in full and removed from the premises within seven (7) days following the date of sale. Gaspar Gallery & Auctioneers may impose, at the company's sole discretion, and the purchaser agrees to pay, a minimum storage fee of $50.00, plus an additional fee of $10.00 per day, to be applied for any lot not removed by the purchaser or purchaser's agent within fourteen (14) days following the date of sale. Customers failing to remit successful payment in full for their purchases within seven (7) days following the date of sale may be subject to non-paying bidder dispute being filed with the bid platform(s). Gaspar Gallery & Auctioneers shall have no liability for any damage to property left on its premises. Purchaser agrees that all property not retrieved by the purchaser or purchaser's agent within ninety (90) days following the date of sale, become sole property of Gaspar Gallery & Auctioneers and the purchaser forfeits all available rights to the property, and the purchaser relinquishes all rights to any refunds for properties not removed as stated. 7. Acceptable methods of payment include: Pay Pal and wire transfers. Zhifubao or Weixin is accepted for chinese bidders.All payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Payments through PayPal will be charged an extra service fee of 4.0%. Wire Transfers will be charged an extra service fee at $30.00. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND CHECKS CLEARED BEFORE THEY CAN BE RELEASED. 8. Item ownership is conveyed immediately following the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. While we try to handle and store all items with great care, Gaspar Gallery & Auctioneers will have no liability for any loss or damage to an item after the hammer has fallen. As the winning bidder, it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for pick-up, packing, and shipping of all items. We will not ship any items on behalf of any winning bidder and will not release your item to a shipper without written instructions from you. This special auction, if packing needed we may help, but we are not responsible for any loss to it.
