DISPUTES/ CHARGEBACKS By participating in US Jewelry Liquidation's Auction, the bidder entriely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with USJL. By placing a bid the bidder specifically agrees that bidder will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card, or any other third-parties. Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that bidder will pay USJL a minimum of $300 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. In the event that Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of USJL's approval of the application of the bidder to bid in USJL's auction, bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by bidder against USJL and further agrees that bidder is liable to USJL for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims. Orders above $10,000 will be required to remit payment via Wire Transfer or Check, Credit card payments will not be accepted. Certain exceptions may apply. We need time to bring the lots in from consignment and do a final inspection to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Buyer's Premium: A Buyer's premium amounting to 19% of the winning bid amount will be added to the purchase price of each lot. The winning bidders acknowledge and agree to pay a total of 19% premium on top of the winning bid price. Should the bidder choose not to go forward with the purchase, or cancel their item/s; they are still liable for the 14% premium as a penalty and an additional 25% Restocking fee. There are times in which we encounter excessive delays obtaining the lots from the consignors so this may delay shipment. However, this is very uncommon. Under the rare occasion that a lot/s cannot be obtained from the consignor, the auction will be cancelled and a 100% refund of your payment will be issued. CA Sales Tax: California Residents pays applicable sales tax. Returns may only be made with the advance written authorization of USJL and are in USJL's sole discretion to approve. To request a return you must provide a written request fully explaining the basis for the return no later than 3 days after your receipt of the lot. Under no circumstances will any amounts other than the winning bid amount be refunded. A restocking charge of 19% of the full invoice amount may apply in USJL 's sole discretion. Any allowed returns must be received in exactly the same condition as when originally shipped to Buyer, or they will be returned to buyer at the Buyer's cost. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. DELIVERY REFUSAL OF ITEMS SHIPPED BY US JEWELRY LIQUIDATION TO THE BIDDER CONSTITUTES AN UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Appraisal & Estimates: High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. USJL makes no warranties of any kind relating to them. Any evaluations provided are solely for the convenience of the Bidder and USJL makes no warranties of any kind relating to them. Evaluations may include valuations which reflect the full, highest retail price of the item in a specific geographic region, the item's insurance replacement value, or both. No price estimate or evaluation value should be considered to represent the investment or resale value of the item. Such values are to be solely based on the due diligence evaluation of the Bidder absent any estimate or value presented. In the event that an item is listed as having an "Appraisal Estimate", this represents USJL's in-house estimate or evaluation of what the item would appraise for. Actual appraisal of the item is the responsibility of the Bidder. Bidding Terms: US Jewelry Liquidation reserves the right to refuse any bid, advance the bidding in any manner, withdraw a lot, determine a successful bidder, continue the bidding, to cancel a sale and re-offer and/or resell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final. The lots offered are subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price, below which the lot will not be sold. In most cases, the reserve will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the high estimates listed.
