Njuama Culture Synergy Co., Ltd. is founded by a group of core members of Nanjing University Taiwan Alumni Association and a team of business friends. The chairman and chief executive officer is Dr. Huang Ching-Sen who is the president of the 8th--9th The Institute of Internal Auditors, ROC(Taiwan). Mr. Bao and Mr. Chen are dummy directors. Ms Wu who is currently the front desk semiconductor internal audit director is the supervisor. As listed above, the combination of the shareholders is very strong.
