GT  Auctions (Grandmother's Treasures) and sister company Zorah & Co. Auctions & Private Sales was founded by the Newburg family in the 1980's. Members of the Newburg family specialized in Asian works of art, Chinese dynasty antiquities from the Qing, Ming, Song, Han, Qin Dynasties and jewelry design from the Georgian through the Mid & Late Victorian up to modern and present day eras. With this knowledge and the love of travel, the Newburg family quickly had many offers of people seeking help to bring their antiquities to market.
