Principal Valuer, Duncan Chilcott, has gained his expertise during a thirty five year career which started in the top London Auction Houses before being appointed, at the age of 32, to the role of Managing Director at Bonhams West Country. He has been auctioneering in Honiton for twenty-one years - the longest established fine art auctioneer in the town! Duncan will be familiar to you from his appearances on BBC Radio programmes and The Antiques Roadshow.

Elizabeth Chilcott is responsible for the Company's business development and marketing. After her Degree in Fashion Design and Marketing, Elizabeth joined Marks and Spencer's Head Office as a Buyer. She brings an eye for detail and attractive display to Chilcotts, has high standards of customer care, and is keen to de-mystify the Auction process; in 2011 Elizabeth instigated the successful Honiton Antiques Festival. Outside the world of Antiques Elizabeth loves France and lets out a Holiday Cottage in Normandy.

Chilcotts has consultants covering the full spectrum of the Art and Antique world, and also benefits from experienced Saleroom and Administration staff. The Company's Press Officer, Christopher Proudlove, has worked Nationally and Internationally at the highest levels in the industry.
