''Anatol'' (Herzfeld) (* 1931 Insterburg) - Chair-Table-Object, wood and copper, chair dimensions: backrest c.171x49 / seat c.49x52cm / table c.80x75x150cm -Pseudonym for Karl-Heinz Herzfeld, German sculptor and metalsmith who works mainly with tangible materials such as wood, iron and stone. He studied at the Düsseldorf Art Academy under Joseph Beuys and was on friendly terms with Blinky Palermo and Norbert Tadeusz. Anatol Herzfeld was a three-times participant of the Documenta in Kassel, in the early 1980s he had a lectureship at the Staatliche Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, since about 1982 he runs his own studio on the Museumsinsel Hombroich.
