a combination double gourd and moon flask vase. I has the straight cylindrical neck of both types, the classic upper bulb of the double gourd yet the gracefully falling arms which embrace the body and end in ruyi. The lower body is more hourglass and bulbous than flattened. The top band is a collar of ruyi and the lower one is of bats and clouds. A large Shou symbol is centered in the center of the front of the upper bulb and is surrounded by five bats and Lingzhi clouds. The lower bulb features a stylized lobed cartouche enclosing two branches of nine fruits: two peaches, five pomegranates and two Buddha?s hand citrons. A floral bat presides over the scene and two smaller bats flank each side with Lingzhi clouds. A Greek key collar appears on the foot. Six characters reign mark on base.
