CONDITIONS OF SALE These Conditions of Sale and the Important Notices and Explanation of Cataloguing Practice set out the terms on which we offer the lots listed in this catalogue for sale. By registering to bid and/or by bidding at auction you agree to these terms, so you should read them carefully before doing so. You will find a glossary at the end explaining the meaning of the words and expressions coloured in bold. As well as these Conditions of Sale, lots in which we offer Non-Fungible Tokens are governed by the Additional Conditions of Sale – Non-Fungible Tokens, which are available in Appendix A herein. For the sale of Non-Fungible Tokens, to the extent there is a conflict between the “New York Conditions of Sale Buying at Christie's” and “Additional Conditions of Sale – Non-Fungible Tokens”, the latter controls. Unless we own a lot in whole or in part (Δ symbol), Christie’s acts as agent for the seller.
