Shipment:
Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at their own risk and that all fees such as packing, expenses, material, insurance etc is to be paid in advance. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received.
Please note: We do not handle shipping of large lots (carpets, furniture etc). If you are unsure about shipping, please contact with us! If you are a dealer or serious collector abroad and seeking a long-term relationship, please contact us for a discussion about storage and shipping. We will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
Storage:
Purchased items will be stored for 15 days, then a storage fee of EUR5 per day will be charged.
There are no guaranties or recourse on sold lots. Decisions are final and information are approximate. Lots are sold 'as-is' and all sales are final. Neither we, nor the consignor are responsible for the correctness of any statement of any kind concerning lot, whether written or oral, nor for any other errors or omissions in description or for any faults or defects in any lot.
The auctioneer has the sole right to settle disputed bids and decide whether or not to re-offer the lot.
No returns.

<br>You can pay your invoice via Stripe coming with an extra 3.5% service fee. You can also pay your invoice via Paypal coming with an extra 5.9% service fee.</br>
<br>When you bid on an item, you automatically accept the terms of sale. Payment has to be made upon receipt of invoice. </br>
<br>Absentee bidders will be notified within THREE days of the sale. Won absentee bids must be paid within TEN days upon receive the invoices. </br>
<br>In the event the buyer does not pay in full within TEN days of the sale, the buyer is in default, therefore title has not exchanged. In the event of a buyer default, the buyer has to pay a 30% default fee and releases title of that said item.</br>
<br>Any payment not made within TEN days of the purchase will result in a ban from future auctions.</br>
