A smoky blue cobalt on a grayish white background decorate this small jar.The jarlet has a round porcelain body with a small neck and mouth. The cobalt decoration is a gray blue. The decoration has two large lotus symbols, small designs that look much like water drops, and single circle lines on the mouth, neck and above the foot ring. The glaze on the body is grayish and not white. The glaze feels thick, smooth and worn, and has a shiny look. The cut foot ring is not glazed but the base is glazed.
