Hand painted and potted lot of 4 porcelain teacups and a porcelain spoon that show much hand work and expertise. Two cups have a rice grain motif and two cups with a Ming-style caf?? glaze and interior fish design. The spoon has a rice grain pattern also. The grouping contains five pieces of porcelain; four teacups and one spoon. The cups are thinly potted with raised foot rings. The spoon is also delicate and light weight. One cup and the spoon have red and green over glaze paintings with gold accents. Two cups and the spoon have rice grain cut outs and let the light show through. Two cups have an outer brown glaze with interiors and paintings of water weeds and gold fish. The foot rings are unglazed but the bases are. There are five tiny sager marks on the base and back handle of the spoon. There is the mark CHINA in red on the base of the spoon and one of the rice grain teacups. There are characters on the base of all four teacups.MEASUREMENTS Three of the cups measure 2 15/16a€ (7.5 cm) diameter x approximately 2 1/8a€ (5.4 cm) tall.
