We have offered here a magnificent Chamberlain's Worcester Honeycomb Cup and Saucer. This one has a yellow floral border, and the reticulated honeycomb pattern on the saucer, and as a second layer on the outside of the cup itself. There is a gold pattern on the center of the saucer, and again inside the cup. The Cup is 3 1/2" across and stands 2 1/4" high, while the saucer is 6 1/4" across. They have no chips, cracks, or other damage, but there is some minor wear to the gold trim. It is said that this pattern was made for "Lillie Langtry", who was Prince Albert's paramour for a period of time. It still makes a magnificent and rare Cup and Saucer from a great porcelain maker.Item ID:2324This item will ship by Registered Mail.
