Description: Glazed ceramic. China, probably Ming dynasty
A heavy, characterful vessel with a flat base, a lively celadon glaze and fine craquelé. It has no neck and a wide, open mouth. The curved sides are structured with a few grooves. The lower end of the glaze shows droplets. There are three firing traces on the rim and another three, quite large, ones on the base, along with the collector’s label.
