The belly of Ganesha, revered as the remover of obstacles and famous for his sharp-witted wordly wisdom, is especially round and powerful in this piece. In his arms, he holds fruits and sweet delicacies, which he loves to nibble. Ganesha sits on a stepped base featuring a silver collector’s number on the inside.
