KANGXI 1622-1722 Painted to the exterior with three dragons in pursuit of sacred pearls of wisdom amongst wisps of fire above stylised waves, and beneath sprays of aquatic plans to the everted rim. The interior with a roundel with a carp rising from crashing waves, a chilong issuing from its mouth, a band of prunus flowers and crested waves to the rim, a single square fu mark and circular paper label for Geoffrey Waters to the base, 21.5cm.
