H :79.5cm W :62.5cm This Qing Dynasty Thangka of Eight-Armed Avalokiteshvara and Retinue Painted with Mineral Pigments is exquisitely crafted. As a Tibetan Buddhist thangka artifact, it is painted on cloth with natural mineral pigments : the main deity Eight-Armed Avalokiteshvara has a compassionate and solemn appearance with complete ritual implements in all arms; the attendants, retinue and background scenes are arranged in an orderly manner, with rich colors that remain vibrant over time. It is mounted with red-ground brocade, fully demonstrating the painting and mounting craftsmanship standards of the integrated Tibetan-Han style in the Qing Dynasty. Well-preserved overall,
