A Chinese Lacquer Square Stand by Lu Kuisheng (1775-1850) made for Guaerjia Binliang (1784-1847)
Jiaqing - Daoguang period
Of square form, carved with lotus scrolls, made by lacquer master Lu Kuisheng (1775-1850) to the order of a Manchurian poet Guaerjia Binliang (1784-1847). The bottom bears an inscription.
Width 8 3/4 x length 8 5/8 in., 22.3 x 22 cm.
