Shipping can be arranged via our via our partner Auctionet.com. Auctionet offer different transport solutions using a variety of transport companies, depending on size, value and end-destination. Buyers can view delivery options and costs for every lot, online via auctionet.com. The basic delivery charge is shown below each lot description.
We can assist with in-house packing and shipping to UK and international addresses on smaller items which are not overly large or fragile. Please feel free to contact us via email or call to check availability. We ship items in well-packed boxes with sufficient packing and protection. Although we do our best in packing items, we cannot add insurance for any loss or damages. We use next day tracked courier services for UK shipments. If you do need to add insurance cover then please use the Auctionet shipping services or contact a third-party shipping company.
External Couriers: You may wish to contact a local courier to collect and ship your items. A few professional couriers who can collect and arrange shipping with optional insurance cover are listed below with contact details.

Online Bidding
Ma San Auction offers an online bidding service via 51BidLive.com for bidders who cannot attend the sale.
In completing the bidder registration on www.51BidLive.com and providing your credit card details and unless alternative arrangements are agreed with Ma San Auction, you:
1. authorise Ma San Auction, if they so wish, to charge the credit card given in part or full payment, including all fees, for items successfully purchased in the auction via 51BidLive.com, and
2. confirm that you are authorised to provide these credit card details to Ma San Auction through www.51BidLive.com and agree that Ma San Auction are entitled to ship the goods to the card holder name and card holder address provided in fulfilment of the sale.
Please note that any lots purchased via the-saleroom.com live auction service will be subject to an additional 3% commission charge + VAT at the rate imposed on the hammer price
