紅釉燒成難度較高,自康熙朝景德鎮御窯廠複燒此品種起,至雍正、乾隆時期工藝成熟。據《清宮造辦處活計清檔》記載:“雍正七年(1729)八月十七日,據圓明園來帖內稱本月十四日郎中海望持出碎霽紅磁片邊五塊。奉旨:此釉水甚厚,新燒的甚薄,不知是何緣故,爾將此破瓷發給年希堯去,著伊照此破瓷釉水燒造,欽此。”可見雍正對霽紅品種的重視程度,及至乾隆,亦不遑多讓。 拍品乃乾隆早期製品,造型俊拔秀美,線條挺括流暢,婉轉生姿。通體滿施霽紅釉,呈色勻麗,豔腴溫潤,紅潤亮麗。乾隆朝霽紅釉瓷以盤、碗及玉壺春瓶較為多見,梅瓶較為少見,實屬難得。 A COPPER RED GLAZED VASE, MEIPING Period of Qianlong, Qing Dynasty 8 1/4 in.
