Among some of Marc Newson's creations in the collection of Huntsman's Chairman is this extraordinary hand-blown hourglass,?featuring a narrow waist reminiscent of Huntsman's iconic one-button silhouette. An extraordinarily pure and elegant piece, the hourglass is filled with stainless steel 'nanoballs', each finely coated in gold and precisely 0.6mm in diameter. Perfect for luxury meditation, this deceptively simple piece is actually so complicated to manufacture that it can only be made during times of the year where the outdoor temperature and humidity are at the required level, hence a very limited production.
