Description: Multi-layered lacquer, interior lined with pewter

The bowl has rounded sides rising from a raised foot rim to an everted rim. The exterior is deeply carved with a Ruyi cloud scroll pattern showcasing the multiple layers of black and red ground. At the interior is a pewter alloy inset.

Dimensions: 10,5 cm (diameter), 5,5 cm (height)
Condition: consistent with age, some old age cracks, minor replacement to one of the 16 sections
Provenance: Old Austrian Private collection, assembled in the 1930s to early 1950s

此剔犀云纹碗为敞口,圈足,通体髹黑漆,作剔犀工艺处理,器断层现朱漆数道。此碗堆漆甚厚,漆色黑亮,如意卷云纹,云头交叉而置,花纹侧面隐约现出朱红纹理,使整器呈现典雅高贵同时流露富贵庄重之态。內裏是一個錫合金碗。
