The right hand showing the varada mudra, the left hand holding the stem of a long lotus flower. Seated in a slightly opened lotus pasture on an adorned throne pedestal. Meek facial expression. Wearing a three-leaved crown with a depiction of Buddha Amitabha as well as some jewelry and clothes of a Buddhist Bodhisattva. Bottom plate (renewed) with seal. Slight signs of age and wear. Painting probably later restored. Rare and finely crafted sculpture.
