Description: Ganesha. Nepal. Old bronze sculpture. Height 9.5 cm (3.7”). Weight 452 g. From North German private collection. His four hands holding his own broken tusk, a mala, some Laddu sweats and an axe. Seated in rajalila-asana on a lotus pedestal. His famous mount, a rat, seated in front of Ganesha on the lotus throne. Wearing some royal clothes and jewelry as well as a multi-leaved crown. Bottom covered with a copper consecration plate with a double vajra seal. Slight signs of age.
