Seated on a disc of a moon and a lotus throne. Wearing a multi-part, monastic robe and the typical pointed, yellow hat of a Gelug scholar. Above Je Tsongkhapa as well as some Buddhas or Buddhist deities. Below Yama Dharmaraja and the the god Yul Lha. dA thangka of a very similar style can be found in the Erie Art Museum (Himalayan Art Resources item no. 91001).
