Set of 2 large famille rose porcelain plaques depicting Shou and Magu from the Republic period. Plaques fit together to depict a unified scene. They are orange ground with a yellow vignette. Within the vignette Shou and deer are depicted on one plaque while Magu and cranes are depicted on the other. Both are surrounded by peaches and ruyi. The 8 Buddhist Emblems and bats are depicted on the orange ground. Dimensions are: 16 1/4 inches tall X 32 3/8 inches wide for each panel. All measurements are approximate. Condition: They have some chips, but are in overall good condition.
