Description: A Ming-style huanghuali and hardwood round corner tapered cabinet Yuanjiaogui, 19th/20th century
the rounded protruding top with a recessed single panel within the mitred frame, set on slightly splayed rounded corner posts housing well figured matching single panel doors, within a raised square edged half round frame, the doors opening from the removable central stile to reveal the interior with two rectangular drawers with metal plates and pulls between two removable shelves, a plain mitred apron joined to the moulded stretcher below the doors at the front, and with similar side aprons, the door frames and central stile fitted with curved rectangular metal plates with square section lock receptacles and shaped door pulls
