A yue ware ewer with a small chip at the rim of the mouth, and a small chip re-attached to the mouth. There still remains a small gap due to a missing chip. This ewer's origin is likely around Jin Dynasty China, as it resembles some of the wares found in the belitung shipwreck. Size: 19 x 8 x 8.5 cm. Property of a French collector from 1918, thence by descent.
