Description: A rare mochica bichrome pottery "florero vessel". The outside and the inside are decorated with the same thematic depicting armed warriors walking into a desert landscape with birds, sand, cactus and other plant motifs. The piece has a hollow pedestal base with a few small openings, filled with ceramic pellets that make a ratting sound when the vessel is shaken. Includer thermoluminescence certificate. Moche.
