Description: PAIRING OF EGYPTIAN FUNERARY MASKS
Egypt, XVIII dynasty - 1200BC, sycamore wood. The first having traces of black and white paint and found by Julian Wadsworth in Cairo, Egypt in 1890 (10"h. 5.2"w.). The second mask of a priestess having traces of paint and perforations above eyes, indentation to reverse at lower center. Pencil memo Dec. 31, 1930.
