Attached on verso: Born 1905 in Vienna, Austria, where he attended the Public Schools as well as the Academy of Fine Arts. After extensive travels he settled in Vienna and became a member of the "Wiener Kunstlerhaus" an artists' society in which exhibitions he took part during the years 1934-1938. 1938 he had to leave Austria and spent the following years in Switzerland. After the war he returned to his home country and is again very successful in exhibitions in Vienna, and Salzburg.
