A banded agate snuff bottle carved to one side with the figure of Shoulao, god of longevity, seated on a rock with large fungi opposite growing from an outcrop; over the figures a large pine tree curving above, to the background a small building with pitched roof; separate dome-shaped lid with cork stopper. 137 grams, 77mm (3"). Acquired on the London art market before 2000.
