A schist statuette fragment depicting a seated female, possibly Avalokiteshvara, on a dais with draped robes, mounted on a custom-made stand. 1.9 kg, 25cm including stand (9 3/4"). Property of a Middlesex collector; acquired on the London art market before 2000; formerly in an old English collection.
