The group comprises eight smaller plates and one large plate, each plate is decorated in pencil style with a central floral roundel surrounded by a foliate band and further floral and insect panels. The reverse is decorated with scattered flower sprays. Measurement of the 8 small plates: 22.50cm Measurement of the bigger plate: 28.50cm Condition: One plate: a hairline to the rim (approx. 4 cm. long) and a flake chip. One plate: with a shallow flake chip to the rim (approx. 1 cm. wide). One plate: with a thin hairline to the rim (approx. 2 cm. long). The largest plate: with a thin hairline to the rim reverse (approx. 3 cm. long) and a few small kiln flaws to the base. All the other plates appear to be in overall good condition, with some minute flakes to the rim as expected. Origin: China Period: 18th century Sizes: 22.50 cm. diameter 8.86 in. diameter
