DESCRIPTION: An antique carved Chinese lapis lazuli urn. Features a lid embellished with double fenghuang heads and further embellished along the body with double fenghuang bodies facing away from each other. Finished with fenghuang feet motif along the bottoms and embossed feather decoration along the body. Fitted to a customer wooden base.PROVENANCE: Acquired from the estate of Rev. John J. Mericantante.
