DESCRIPTION: A pair of antique oil on panel paintings. The first is featuring a depiction of a Neoclassical scene of Lustitia weighing a cherub and a butterfly, with the butterfly outweighing the cherub. The setting is a terrace, with a checker tiled floor, backed by an oceanic scape backdrop. Signed along the lower left: "Polsov" as well as:"D. Pijou".. The second is depiction of a nude maiden in a terrace, being scolded at by an elder woman through a window, as a cherub hides beneath the window, and two cherubs are seen hiding in a barrel that reads:"Voila Plaisir..SDA".
