The small squat teapot is fashioned with a c-shaped handle and s-shaped spout, the body is decorated with two panels enclosing scholars and attendants, the base with an artemisia leaf. The cover is decorated with a trellis band to the rim, and is surmounted by a Buddhist lion finial. The silver mounts are of a floral design, and are stamped with a sword mark
Condition: The Buddhist lion finial on the cover is restuck.
Unable to examine the porcelain under the silver mounts.
Otherwise appears to be in overall good condition.
