Description: bread and butter plate with Arms of the State of New York, c. 1790-1800 with shaped rim and blue star border depicting Liberty and Justice. Gilt, enamel wear, loss, tiny rim chip, small area of glaze loss in shoulder of blue robe, a couple small scratches in bottom of cage and gilt wreath below, small edge firing crack. 3/4" high, 6" diameter.
