Italian Renaissance Revival carved oak sideboard, late 19th century, having a stepped square cornice above a rectangular mirror flanked by carved lion masks, fruit and flower garlands, griffin 'C' scrolls, and Northwind masks, resting on a shaped top with a gadrooned edge, surmounting three frieze drawers carved with bowls of fruit interspaced with lion masks, above four doors opening to two sliding drawers, a single shelf, and a shelf and sliding drawer, the two center doors decorated with high relief carved vases of flowers while the flanking doors have maiden masks with acanthus embellishment, all interspaced with fruit garlands, the whole resting on a plinth base, 78"h x 72"l x 28"d.
