Description: Chinese, Qing Dynasty, late 19th/early 20th century. Chinese rosewood carved tabouret, low or side table having a circular top inset with conforming variegated rouge marble within a border of carved prunus blossoms above a reticulated apron of birds amidst blossoming prunus branches, on cabriole legs carved with trailing blossoms and united by a foliate carved pierced cross stretcher and terminating in hoof feet.
