Description: This is an exceptionally fine example of a 19th century handheld Kayan Hudoq mask from Borneo, Indonesia. Used in dances by senior male society members, the long snout features a combination of animalistic features. The snout is long and it's articulated lower jaw bears large teeth and tusks.
