K762An extraordinarily fine work showing Seiobo seated on a chair, holding her famous attribute, the longevity peach, in one of her hands. Seiobo is known as Xiwangmu 西 王 母, the Royal Mother of the West in China. Her palace is located in the Kunlun Mountains, where every 3,000 years these precious peaches grow in her gardens. Very finely carved facial expressions, decorated garment, chignon, a fan in her hand.
