买家直接与物流公司联系，运输和保险费由买方承担，拍卖成交价不含运费和保险费。

1）保证金与否：保证金待商议，完成联拍在线实名认证；
（2）拍品是否保真：否，拍卖企业竭尽所能对拍品材质、年代等给出参考建议，但买家需要仔细甄别所感兴趣的拍品，并对此负责。
（3）付款方式：银行转账，VISA/MASTER信用卡
（4）佣金费率：网络竞拍佣金率27%。
（5）运输等相关操作费用标准：买家直接与物流公司联系，运输和保险费由买方承担，拍卖成交价不含运费和保险费。
（6）禁止条款：海外拍卖会可能会出现中国法律禁止交易的物品，如枪支、管制刀具、象牙、犀角等，中国买家不得通过本平台参与上述物品的拍卖活动；任何情形下，买家均须对自己的竞拍行为独立承担责任。

b. Cheques in Sterling supported by suitable cheque card or UK bankers draft in Sterling made payable to “Rowley’s. Cheques drawn on a foreign bank attract a transaction charge.

c. Credit cards. If you wish to pay for any purchase with a MasterCard, Visa or Access you must present the card in person at the auction, or within 48 hours or the auction. All transactions of this nature may require the credit card slip to be signed in front of a member of Rowley’s staff and must be supported with additional identification. All charges are subject to acceptance by Rowley’s and by MasterCard, Visa or Access, as the case may be. If a charge is not approved, you will nevertheless be liable to Rowley’s for all sums incurred by you.

d. Debit Cards. We accept Switch, Delta, Solo and Electron You must present the card in person at the auction, or within 48 hours of the auction. Transactions of this nature may require the debit card slip to be signed in front of a member of Rowley’s staff and must be supported with additional identification.
