ON the reverse a pair of wild geese beneath clouds flying over the choppy lake. The robes of the god, the carp and the geese partly with white and coloured mother-of-pearl, very finely and detailed carved and engraved, the god’s characteristic hat of black stone, the face, arms and feet of finely engraved ivory.
