Ming dynasty or laterOf inverted bell shape raised atop a short slightly flared foot and supporting opposing horned mythical beast handles at the slightly everted mouth rim, the exterior sides incised in Three Friends of Winter and lingzhi decoration, the off-white stone marked by isolated black inclusions and subtle patches of russet; together with a later and associated reticulated wood fitted lid.4in (10cm) width over handles
