A PAIR OF EGYPTIAN REVIVAL GILT BRONZE ORMOLU MOUNTED LACQUERED PEDESTALS, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY, the turned circular dished tops with parcel gilt paint decoration centering a leather pad on a turned vasiform support with fleur-de-lis shell fan ormolu mounts on an ormolu mounted base with three lions with integral rings in their mouths, above a suspended floriform finial over a turned ormolu mount surmounted by an eagle, joining three shaped legs surmounted by Egyptian mask finials joined by chain swag, above ram's heads and cabochon foliate cartouche mounted knees and ormolu cloven feet, on a tripartite base with flat bun feet centering a rosette medallion, now in black lacquer paint.
