A LARGE CONTINENTAL PARCEL GILT AND POLYCHROME PAINTED PORCELAIN BOX, POSSIBLY DRESDEN, EARLY 20TH CENTURY, of stylized fan form with a hinged cushion domed lid centering a colorful hand painted floral bouquet, enclosed by a pale yellow ground border with gilt scrolling details and trimmed in a continuous gilt metal berried leafy stem encadrements, mounted with a reticulated scrolling acanthus clasp, opening to the lid interior and well base centering gilt blossoming clusters, within similarly decorated exterior sides, above an underside with raised double rings and effaced maker's mark.
