A JAPANESE EXPORT LACQUERED JUBAKO, SHOWA PERIOD (1926-1989), the picnic lunch box, centering a Canton style blue and white porcelain lid topped by an onion finial with lotus bloom, over a dome with multi flower bloom underglaze decoration, now mounted to a black lacquer, gilt and polychrome lid with scrolling lotus blooms and tendrils, over two, stacked, circular dishes, painted with auspicious symbols, joined by a flat handle.
